1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless an exception under applicable EU law applies. 

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Face Yoga & Somatics with Elena of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement sent by email or post to: Elena Stocchi, Josef-Retzer-Str. 48, 81249 Munich, Germany, [email protected]. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory

4. The Withdrawal Deadline

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired.

5. Effects of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal, where this is permitted by law.
