Consumers in the EU may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day the contract is concluded, unless an exception under applicable law applies.
If the customer requests that the service begin during the withdrawal period and the service is fully performed with the customer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal will be lost, the withdrawal right may no longer apply where permitted by law.
Where a valid withdrawal is exercised in time, we will refund the amounts paid in accordance with the Withdrawal Policy.
